POSITION INFO: Key Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
5+ years COBOL development experience (recent, hands-on)
Strong experience in mainframe environments (IBM z/OS)
Proven experience with: COBOL / ACUCOBOL
Experience:
Experience working on Employee benefits, retirement funds, core transactional systems ( banking , insurance , policy admin, payments)
Ability to analyse, maintain, and enhance existing legacy codebases and have strong troubleshooting and production support experience
