Role Overview

Join our QRC in Tarragona to support supplier deliveries, update Oracle, and purchase indirect consumables.

Responsibilities

• Update the B/M tool upon OAE (BOM, Safety Factor, etc.).
• Support Inventory weekly calls and further inventory actions.
• Provide support to regional manager and BI responsible for specific optimization actions.
• Participate with RTs in inventory tasks and ERP transactions.
• Obsolete program identification.
• Monthly FC in both material cost & inventory.
• Activate initiatives via mail/phone such as returning material, claiming arrival of urgent orders and error resolution.
• Review/update Flowstar database upon OSAE mentorship: standardize data upload format and correct incorrect uploads from the past.
• Interface between LCA/QRC departments for workload management.
• Train with RT and OSAE on seal repair process.
