This team partners closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to design and deliver a more seamless, compassionate, and modern employee leave experience. Supporting a large, diverse global workforce, Leaves & Absences Transformation is at the center of Delta’s commitment to care, wellbeing, and operational excellence across the employee journey.
