In this role, students contribute to the design, development, and testing of complex software and embedded/firmware systems supporting defense operations. These roles provide hands‑on experience across the software development lifecycle, including coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and contributing to process improvements. The work supports key software systems used in land operations, deployed across vehicles, headquarters, and other operational platforms.
