Partner Funnel Management: Identify, onboard, and manage co-lending partners (banks and NBFCs); maintain a robust pipeline of active and prospective lending partners; ensure smooth processing of partner agreements, limit utilisation, and disbursement workflows.
Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for co-lending partners; build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with bank and NBFC stakeholders; conduct regular review meetings, share performance reports, and address partner queries and escalations in a timely manner.
Collection Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse collection efficiency, delinquency trends, and recovery rates across co-lending portfolios; coordinate with the collections team to ensure targets are met; prepare and present collection dashboards and MIS reports for partner and internal reviews.
