Job Description Job Description Responsibilities: * Set up and operate CNC lathes. * Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to determine machine settings and operations. * Inspect finished parts for conformance to specifications using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments. * Adjust machine controls and tool offsets to ensure quality and accuracy of parts. * Monitor machine operation and troubleshoot issues as needed. * Perform routine maintenance on machines and tools, including cleaning and minor repairs. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company standards. * Record production data, quality checks, and other operational information.
