**Job Description**

Lead the setup and operation of a variety of CNC machining centers and turning centers while ensuring high precision, consistent quality, and efficient production in a modern machine shop environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate a variety of CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers to produce precision components.
+ Set up CNC machines, including selecting, installing, and aligning tooling and workholding devices.
+ Work with and consistently achieve tight tolerances on parts, ensuring all dimensions meet specifications.
+ Inspect and verify parts using gauges, calipers, and micrometers, and document measurement results accurately.
+ Position, align, and securely clamp workpieces in the machine to ensure safe and accurate machining.
