While CNC programming is a key part of the role, this position goes beyond programming execution to support manufacturing engineering and process excellence. The ideal candidate will serve as a foundational pillar for our Machining Community of Practice, mentoring, and executing excellence in multi-axis machining, turning, grinding, advanced tooling design, and complex aerospace component repair and new make products.
