CNC Programmer / Machinist – Lathes & Mills (2nd Shift)

About the Role

We are seeking experienced CNC Programmers / Machinists to support a growing advanced manufacturing operation producing high-precision components for aerospace, defense, and related industries.

Key Responsibilities

Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes

Develop and optimize programs using CAM software (Mastercam, Tebis)

Perform full machine setups, including tooling and offsets

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Ensure parts meet tight tolerances and quality standards

Inspect finished parts and make necessary adjustments

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of CNC machining experience

At least 2 years of CNC programming experience

Experience with Fanuc and/or Mazak controls
