**Job Title: CNC Programmer and Operator**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on fully programming and machining parts from raw material to finished component using offline CAM software and CNC equipment. You will interpret blueprints, create 2D and 3D toolpaths in WorkNC, and operate Haas and Fadal machines with Fanuc and Heidenhain controls. The position combines offline programming, machine setup, and on-machine program optimization to support aerospace and automotive manufacturing projects.

**Responsibilities**

+ Program CNC machines offline using WorkNC to create accurate 2D and 3D toolpaths based on engineering blueprints.
+ Machine parts from a raw block of material through to finished components, ensuring dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
+ Set up 3-axis and 5-axis mills and 3-axis lathes, including installing and aligning fixtures, workholding, and tooling.
