**Job Title: CNC Machine Operator**
**Job Description**
The CNC Machine Operator sets up and operates CNC mills and lathes to perform standard and repetitive machining operations on a variety of metal parts. This role focuses on running proven programs and using existing setups to complete drilling, reaming, tapping, milling, turning, boring, and other machining processes while maintaining consistent quality through precise measurement and inspection.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate and adjust CNC mills and CNC lathes (including Haas equipment) to perform drilling, reaming, tapping, milling, turning, boring, and other machining operations on a wide range of surfaces, diameters, and depths.
+ Run standard and repetitive production sequences using programs and setups that are prepared and proven by others.
+ Monitor machines during operation and make routine adjustments to maintain part quality and efficient production.
