• Operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Set up tools, fixtures, and materials for machining
• Perform basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments
• Ensure parts meet quality standards using measuring instruments
• Maintain proper documentation and follow safety procedures

• Minimum 2–3 years of CNC milling experience
• Able to read technical drawings and use measuring tools
• Familiar with machine setup and basic programming (preferred)
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
