            Job Description Set up CNC milling machines, including tooling, fixtures, and work offsets. 
Load and prove out CNC programs, making edits to improve cycle times and quality. 
Select appropriate cutting tools and parameters for different materials. 
Set work offsets, tool offsets, and datum points accurately. 
Carry out first‑off and in‑process inspections using measuring equipment. 
Monitor machine operation and adjust settings to maintain quality and efficiency. 
Identify and resolve machining or tooling issues. 
Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping. 
Ensure all work meets engineering drawings, tolerances, and quality. 
Job Requirements Strong understanding of CNC milling processes (3‑axis, 4‑axis or 5‑axis as required) 
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD & T. 
Competence with measuring tools (verniers, micrometers, bore gauges...
