**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled machinist to join our shop. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with mills and lathes, and possess a strong proficiency in G-Code programming directly at the machine.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate and program CNC mills and lathes using G-Code.
+ Produce custom orders efficiently, making quick adjustments as needed.
+ Ensure precise machining according to blueprints and specifications.
+ Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
+ Maintain equipment and ensure a safe and clean working area.

**Essential Skills**

+ Proficiency in CNC programming, particularly with G-Code.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Strong problem-solving skills in a custom order setting.
