**Pay & Shifts**

+ **$22–$44/hr** (based on experience)
+ 1st, 2nd, and Weekend shifts available

**What You’ll Do**

+ Set up and operate **CNC mills, lathes, and grinders**
+ **Machine to tight tolerances (± .0001)**
+ **Perform changeovers in a high-mix environment**
+ **Operate manual equipment (lathes, mills, grinders)**
+ **Adjust offsets, edit programs, and select tooling**

**What You Bring**

**Entry Level:**

+ 1+ year experience or machining education
+ Blueprint reading + basic G/M code

**Experienced:**

+ 3–5+ years CNC machining
+ Strong programming, troubleshooting, and blueprint skills
