**Job Title: Machinist**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled machinist to join our team and work on a first shift from Monday to Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, with the possibility of overtime on Fridays. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC milling machines, including both 3-axis and 5-axis equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong setup skills, attention to detail, and the ability to produce high-precision components in a fast-paced machining environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate CNC vertical milling machines (3-axis and 5-axis).
+ Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
+ Load tools, set offsets, and verify program accuracy.
+ Perform first article inspections and in-process quality checks.
+ Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust programs/offsets as needed.
