**CNC Machine Operator**

**Location:** Naples, FL

**Pay:** $18–$24 per hour (based on experience)

**Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our team in Naples, FL. This role is responsible for operating CNC equipment to produce high-quality parts while maintaining safety, efficiency, and precision in a manufacturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture parts according to specifications
+ Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
+ Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
