Schedule:

• Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Saturday: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM Responsibilities: Provide intimate personal care services, including bathing, grooming, dressing/undressing, and oral hygiene Measure, empty, and record urinary drainage bag output Take and document vital signs as needed Assist with transfers and positioning to wheelchair, bed, and vehicle, including use of assistive equipment Assist with passive and active range of motion exercises Light housekeeping and tidying Occasional errands Other duties as assigned Requirements: High-acuity patient experience Physical strength and stamina for transfers and hands-on care Strong communication skills  Reliable, calm under pressure, and able to work effectively in a family home envi...
