Job Responsibilities: Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, rejecting and returning unacceptable materials to suppliers Approves in-process/ finished products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and documentation validation, returning products for re-work, confirming re-work to manufacturing floor Perform first article inspection buy-off at suppliers' site or in-house Document inspection results by completing reports and logs To conduct F.A.I inspection & CMM program To perform inspection by using ZEISS/ MITUTOYO equipment Assist in any other duties as assigned by superior Meticulous &strength in the details
Requirements: Min 2 years relevant quality-related working experience, exposure in an equipment manufacturing industry is an added advantage Experience in the interpretation and application of GD&T Able to use measuring equipment especially CMM (ZEISS/ MITUTOYO) and strong desktop equipments (eg height gauge...
