Purpose of Role

As the Cluster Engineering Manager will lead the engineering and maintenance operations across multiple hotel properties in the assigned cluster. Ensure that all physical assetsmechanical electrical plumbing HVAC fire & life safety and building automation are maintained to the brand and corporate standards while optimizing operational cost energy usage and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance repair and operation of all systems in each hotel within the cluster: HVAC plumbing electrical lifts/elevators building automation fire safety systems.
• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program across the cluster aiming to minimize downtime and equipment failure.
• Monitor energy & utility usage across the properties and identify opportunities for sustainable practices and cost savings.
