Job Description

1. Handling a Team of BDM's and Senior BDM's.
2. To establish a relationship with Bank Team and selling life Insurance product of our Company.
3. Conduct Product training for Equitas Bank Branches
4. Managing cross-functional relationships with Sales, Operations and Customer Service to ensure timely delivery of business requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Candidates with strong current performance, preferably having earned at least one promotion in their current organization and possessing solid open-market experience across multiple competitors.
2. Good Communication Skill
