Overview of the role
Seeking a highly personable, passionate and committed individual for a Club Concierge position whose main focus would to be basic operations of The Gallery Club Lounge (Front Office & Food and Beverage Operations) and the guest experience of preferred clients and VIPs of the hotel. Confident, well-rounded, personable, creative and detailed in extending the best care, attention to the top tier and preferred guests.
Key Accountabilities
Ensures guest engagement through prompt warm, courteous, efficient and personal recognition and interaction. Focuses on the The Gallery Club, preferred and top tier guests of the hotel to deliver a seamless, stress-free and memorable stay experience from pre-arrival to post departure.
