            VM Migration Leadership & Delivery  Lead end-to-end VM migration activities from on-premise to Azure using tools such as Azure Migrate. 
Plan and execute migration strategies, including rehost, replatform, and modernization approaches. 
Ensure all migration phases (assessment, design, execution, validation, cutover, and stabilization) are delivered cohesively. 
Identify dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies for migration workloads. 
Provide technical assurance, governance, and escalation support throughout the migration lifecycle. 
Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and business teams to align migration outcomes with business objectives. 
 Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering  Design and implement Azure Virtual Machine environments and hybrid networking solutions. 
Support infrastructure modernization initiatives, including DR, backup, and high availability solutions.
