About The Role (your Why)

As an Azure Cloud Engineer, you’ll manage and support customer Azure environments, helping drive cloud transformation and optimisation. In this flexible, customer-facing role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor, promote automation and DevOps/DevSecOps practices, ensure secure and efficient environments, bridge application and support teams, and enable customers through modern ways of working. This role will be located in Auckland and is operational, involving onsite support and an on-call roster for after‑hours support.

What You’ll Do

• Be a trusted advisor for all things Cloud.
• Lead and inspire our customers on the benefits of cloud technology, automation, and enabling a DevOps/DevSecOps culture.
• Ensure our customers’ cloud environments remain secure and optimised.
• Act as the bridge between application technologies and customer support teams.
• Provide enablement and guidance.
