We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Title Closer/Closing Agent opportunity available with an established Title Company to handle their face-to-face table closings with the Buyers/Sellers for their offices located in the Sarasota, FL area.



The position is a contract assignment scheduled to last 3-4 months and possibly longer based on performance and need.



The Title Closer/Closing Agent is responsible for the specific duties listed below.



Your specific duties will include:

• Performing table closings with buyers and sellers.


• Experience in explaining the Closing Disclosure/HUD and all closing documents.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• Experience with closing at the table.
