About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic person with excellent interpersonal skills to provide clinical typing support for the Mental Health and Addictions Service based in Hamilton.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide clinical typing support for mental health documentation.
• Work autonomously while collaborating with a large multidisciplinary team.
• Use hospital management systems to record and manage clinical information.

Essential requirements:

• Previous typing experience and a high degree of computer literacy.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to multitasking demands.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to confidentiality.
