Labcorp is seeking a Technologist Trainee join our team in **Phoenix, AZ.**

**Work Schedule:** Thursday - Sunday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm ( _Some Overtime is required)_

**Job Duties/Responsibilities:**

+ Receive specimens for testing; evaluate specimens and test orders; determine priority of work and batches to maintain acceptable turn-around-time; recognize unacceptable and unusual specimens and handle appropriately.
+ Work with a variety of instrument and software platforms including Hamilton/Nimbus automated extraction instruments, Immunoassay chemistry analyzers, LCMS Instrumentation, and Data Review through a cloud-based software system.
+ Adhere to SOPs while performing extractions and analysis on client samples, quality control samples and proficiency samples.
