**Position Summary**

Under direct supervision, is responsible for maintaining a clean environment and providing general assistance during monitoring and office hours.

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Assist in restocking the phlebotomy room and exam rooms- linen and supplies.
+ Clean and organize storage closets.
+ Set up for IUI procedures.
+ Prepare exam rooms between patients; clean and disinfect exam rooms.
+ Prepare ultrasound probe for examinations; apply ultrasound gel to probe(cover probes between sterilization).
