JOB SUMMARY Serves as the leader of the healthcare team. Responsible for assessing, planning, controlling, implementing, and evaluating the 24-hour function of all activities related to patient care in the inpatient area. They are aware of MHP policies and procedures to assist staff in providing evidence-based practices. Responsible for personnel management of a designated shift and inpatient unit. Collaborates with the Clinical Practice Coordinator and Staff Development Educators to ensure ongoing training for staff and patient education.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Professional & Technical Skills Demonstrates leadership, management and communication skills. Education Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. BSN required.
