             Provides clinical training to various groups, including Physicians, Surgeons, Nurses and Sales Representatives 
 Answers clinical questions from doctors, technicians, sales representatives, etc. 
 Works with Sales Representatives in the field or with customers to do evaluations and consultations or obtain complaint information. 
 Follows up on previous product evaluations, conversions, or complaints that require additional information. 
 Establish relationships and build confidence among clinical staff, physicians, Sales Representatives, and customers. 
 Ensure that clinical details related to customer complaints are documented. 
 Attend meetings to help determine which events/incidents require notification to regulatory authorities. 
 Liaison between the clients and Sales Representatives.
