Mayo Clinic is seeking a full-time clinical social worker to join our Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH)Team. IBH social workers collaborate across a diverse patient population, providing care within primary care settings that serve both pediatric and adult patients. We welcome applicants who are comfortable working with a broad range of ages, clinical presentation, and family systems. The current opening is for an LICSW serving our adult patient population (patients ages 18+).

This outpatient role enhances access to behavioral health services and supports population health. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, APRNs, RN care coordinators, and primary care physicians, to provide evidence-based behavioral health care and coordinate transitional care and support related to social determinants of health.
