Position Summary

The Clinical Social Worker, Crisis and Care Coordinator provide comprehensive clinical, coordination, and crisis support to patients receiving psychiatric care through Northern Psychiatric Services. The role integrates patient care, referral management, clinic coordination, and collaboration with community and healthcare partners to ensure safe, timely, and culturally responsive psychiatric service delivery in northern communities. It will be delivered to a fast-paced practice in support of three psychiatrists that are serving the northern communities of La Loche, Île-à-la-Crosse, La Ronge, northernmost communities of Saskatchewan at Athabasca Health Region and catchment area.
