Role Overview
The Clinical Resource Nurse (CRN) provides advanced clinical expertise, operational support, and leadership across assigned units including the Emergency Department (ED), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Operating Room (OR), and Medical‑Surgical Units.
Responsibilities
- Supports patient care delivery
- Ensures clinical standards compliance
- Optimizes patient flow
- Acts as a resource for nursing staff to enhance quality, safety, and efficiency of care
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (minimum 3‑year program)
- Valid nursing license and BLS certification
- Minimum 6 years of clinical experience in a relevant healthcare setting
- Experience in education, training, or clinical development is highly desirable
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
