Qualifications
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid pharmacy license and eligibility for licensure in the state or region of employment.
Completed a PGY1 pharmacy practice residency and preferably a PGY2 residency in a specialized area.
