Summary The Outpatient Clinical Pharmacist functions as an independent professional responsible for supporting assigned clinical and operational pharmacy activities in the outpatient pharmacy setting at the Clement J. Zablocki VAMC in Milwaukee, WI. Responsibilities This is an OPEN CONTINUOUS ANNOUNCEMENT and will remain open until July 31, 2026.
