            Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations, addressing patient care quality, service delivery, and operational issues. 
Prepare staff schedules, oversee attendance, and support staff development through supervision and performance reviews. 
Work closely with HR, Accounting, Procurement, IT, and Marketing to align clinic opertions with company-wide processes and compliance. 
Uphold health, safety, and regulatory standards; manage records, reports, and assist with audits and inspections. 
Monitor supply levels, manage petty cash and budget, implement policies, and support marketing and clinic initiatives.
