The Stoma Care service at Guy's & St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust provides specialist care for patients undergoing life changing surgery involving stoma formation. The service looks after patients with a range of conditions from Colo rectal, urology, Gynaecology and Children's services as well as providing a nurse led out patient service to both new and established Ostomates.

The post holder will be responsible for delivering highly specialised Stoma Care nursing to our cohort of patients in a variety of setting across all of the Guy's & St Thomas' sites from planning through to delivery.

The post holder will ensure the safety and wellbeing of the patient and always in a manner that promotes patient centred care.
