Responsible for supervising nurse instructor in conducting competency based orientation for newly hired or transferred staff and development and execution of speciality based courses. This includes conducting needs analyses of unit nurse instructors, preparing formal and informal teaching and evaluating the effectiveness of the learning of individuals and groups.
