Job Responsibilities
Maintain and support the laboratory Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with CLIA, CAP, ISO 15189, and other regulatory standardsMonitor compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsAssist with internal and external audits, inspections, and accreditation activitiesTrack and trend nonconformances, deviations, and corrective actions (CAPA)Collect, analyze, and interpret laboratory quality data (e.g., QC, proficiency testing, turnaround time, specimen rejection rates)Identify trends, shifts, or outliers using statistical toolsDevelop dashboards and reports to communicate quality performance metricsPerform root cause analysis and support data-driven decision makingPartner with laboratory leadersh...
