Responsibilities
Plan, organise, deliver and evaluate clinical training programmes and supervision for nursing and care staff within assigned clinical areas.
Develop and implement training curricula and educational materials for classroom and practical-based learning.
Assess effectiveness of training sessions and recommend continuous improvements to enhance learning outcomes.
Conduct clinical teaching sessions, supervision and eldercare clinical rounds to strengthen staff competency and clinical practice standards.
Supervise and evaluate clinical practices in accordance with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB), Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) and organisational requirements.
