Responsible to maintain and grow the Charisma data base by identifying and registering all potential candidates wanting to work through Charisma, ensure the quality and on‑going performance of the Charisma Assignees by identifying training needs and the monitoring and managing of their performance at the clinical interface while ensuring that principles of the L. R. A are applied to all assignees during the course of their Charisma duties. In depth knowledge of the active workforce, ensuring regular and appropriate placements and playing an active role in assignee retention.
