General Summary Responsible for providing in-class and at-the-elbow training and support to all Bryan staff and providers for the Epic system. Utilizes the curriculum, lessons, and training materials created by the Principal trainers. Assists with training coordination and will create eLearnings. Principal Job Functions * Commits to the mission, vision, beliefs and consistently demonstrates our core values. * Leads end-user training using the curriculum designed by principal trainers. Helps end users envision how they will utilize the system in their daily work. * Prepares for class and sets up the classroom. * Follows up on any outstanding questions that arise in the classroom. Collects feedback from trainees in class and communicates that information to the principal trainer. * Helps principal trainers update training materials.
