Treat patients in Critical Care - admit, investigate and perform treatment procedures (if applicable) as per the approved clinical privileges
Provide day to day inpatient management of all patients within the ICU during the assigned rota. This requires a detailed round, clinical examination, review of documentation, tracing pending reports, troubleshooting, receiving the new admissions, writing discharge notes, ensure proper handover, and keep the Primary team updated at all times.
Collate and analyze records, reports, test results and physical examination information to diagnose disease of the patient.
Prescribe or administer medication, therapy, and other specialized comprehensive medical care to treat / prevent / limit illness, disease, or injury, identify patients risk status and recommend appropriate intervention to minimize risk as in consultation with the treating c...
