Position Summary:
The Clinic Nurse is responsible for rooming and evaluating patients, taking patients' history, vital signs, and performing
and assisting in procedures and medication administration under the supervision of MD, PA, or NP. The clinic nurse will
provide physical and psycho-social support to patients and families and will also provide basic education information to
patients and families as needed. All duties within scope of practice, RN or LPN.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. License and Certifications Required:
 LPN or RN with a current ND license in good standing
 Current BLS
2. Educational Requirements:
 High School Diploma or GED from an accredited program or institute.
 Must be able to speak and understand English
3. Experience Requirements:
 Minimum of two years of nursing experience preferred
