Job Summary Assist with reception duties, registration, financial counselling, collection of payment and other administration duties.
Role and Responsibilities Patient Care Management - Perform patient registration for all patients by obtaining patient’s addresses, contact details, insurance, information and medical histories
- Timely answer phone call/WhatsApp/emails to book appointments/queries/surgeries
- Book radiology/lab/surgeries for patients and ensure results are promptly received back
- Provide accurate financial counselling for procedures/surgeries patient and the patient’s family
- Assist in applying for insurance LOG & other matters relating to insurance (eg. Enquiries)
- Cashiering duties & closure of daily accounts
- Submit claims promptly and accurately for corporate patients
