            Job Responsibilities & Duties Provide receptionist duties at front counter including answering phone calls, registration, maintaining appointments 
Prepare and dispense medications 
Cashiering duties including payment collection, filing for relevant claims, submission of eClaims via claim portal etc 
Administrative duties including maintaining simple filing, etc 
Clinical duties including chaperoning doctors, performing basic tests on patient (ECG, vision test etc.) 
Inventory duties including monitoring stock levels, ordering medicines etc 
Ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic 
Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor 
Requirements Working experience in a medical clinic (preferred), anyone willing to learn is welcome. Training is provided. 
Responsible individual, hardworking, willing to learn, customer‑oriented and with a high level of integrity.
