Responsibilities
  • Provide frontline customer service and support to patients and visitors.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, patient registration, and administrative records.
  • Coordinate referral appointments and follow-up arrangements.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and respond to general enquiries.
  • Process medical insurance claims, billing, payments, and related documentation.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory and clinic supplies.
  • Assist with general administrative duties and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a clinic or healthcare environment.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting will be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with clinic management systems is preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical insurance claims processing is an advantage.
  • Comfortable using computer systems and digital tools.
