Responsibilities
Provide frontline customer service and support to patients and visitors.
Manage appointment scheduling, patient registration, and administrative records.
Coordinate referral appointments and follow-up arrangements.
Handle incoming phone calls and respond to general enquiries.
Process medical insurance claims, billing, payments, and related documentation.
Monitor and maintain inventory and clinic supplies.
Assist with general administrative duties and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a clinic or healthcare environment.
Experience in a healthcare setting will be advantageous.
Familiarity with clinic management systems is preferred.
Knowledge of medical insurance claims processing is an advantage.
Comfortable using computer systems and digital tools.
