Staff Pharmacist
Position Overview
We are seeking a clinically sound, proactive, and detail-oriented Staff Pharmacist to join our close-knit, highly collaborative team. In this role, you will clinically manage patient care by processing orders, reviewing drug interactions, completing assessments, and performing final quality control checks.
You will be working closely alongside another pharmacist, two pharmacy technicians, and the General Manager in a very tight-knit, approachable, and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Patient Management: Complete comprehensive patient assessments for ongoing clinical care; follow up with physicians and patients to manage ongoing needs, continuations of service, or discharges.
Order Processing: Efficiently process prescriptions, physician orders, and delivery tickets for ongoing home care service needs.
