Key Responsibilities

• Customer Database Management: Ensure the quality, consistency, and enrichment of the customer database.
• Support data structuring and segmentation effective clienteling actions.
• Clienteling Strategy Execution: Translate CRM strategy into actionable clienteling initiatives.
• Support frontline teams in leveraging customer insights and promote a personalized approach.
• Target the relevant client pool to support the planning and execution of activation initiatives (events, outreach).
• Manage activation calendars and coordinate cross-functional execution.
• Performance Tracking & Analysis: Analyze engagement and retention KPIS (repurchase rate, frequency, average basket).
• Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights.
