Local Site Support (LSS) – Scope of Services
1. End-User IT Support
- Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Manage device provisioning, deprovisioning, and temporary replacements.
- Deliver user guidance and resolve day-to-day IT issues.
- Coordinate with Level 2 support teams for advanced troubleshooting.
2. Office IT Infrastructure Support
- Perform basic troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of office IT services, including networking, printing, connectivity, voice, and workplace technologies.
- Support network devices, Wi-Fi, LAN, access points, switches, and routers.
- Assist with AV equipment, digital signage, smart office solutions, and workplace monitors.
